Julie joined Franklyn at the end of 2024 bringing over 25 years’ experience in the banking and financial services sector.
She specialises in Operations, First Line Compliance and Transformation leadership. Julie has a deep understanding of Financial Advisory Networks having joined Quilter in 2017 to lead the roll out of their CRM XPlan and later heading up the first line Compliance Supervision functions providing oversight for Quilter’s c3000 financial advisers. In 2021, Julie joined Tenet (network) as Compliance Operations Director. At both Networks Julie led transformation programmes which leveraged automation and data-driven intelligence to enhance risk management and supervisory practices.
In 2023, Julie joined Tenet’s executive team, where she played a pivotal role in the network’s wind-down, including the sale of certain business segments to other networks. Most recently, she supported an IFA consolidator in shaping its acquisition and growth strategy before joining Franklyn.
Outside of work, Julie leads an active and fulfilling life. She enjoys regular exercise, balancing it with a busy social life and quality time with her family, which includes her husband, two teenage children, and their beloved dog.
